About Corona
Dear patient,
in your and our all interest we can welcome you only on your own and without any further company in our surgery at the moment. Nobody can accompany you into the waiting area, and nobody can accompany you to any of your examinations. The only possible exception would be an interpreter, if you can neither speak nor read German or English.
Please inform yourself about the examinations we can offer beforehand, via our website.
If your have nobody to look after your children please ring and arrange another appointment, as they cannot accompany you.
Please cancel any appointment you cannot attend as soon as possible, so that we can reallocate that time slot to another patient on the waiting list.
Please also cancel any appointments if you are suffering from the symptoms of a cold or any other illness, and ring us so that we can make another appointment at a later date.
Please wash your hands when you enter the surgery and wear a face mask at all times. Then make use of the hand disinfectant and do not touch anything if not necessary.
You are not allowed to use your mobile phone in the surgery.
All these arrangements are made to protect your and our health.
